This is Optional. This EZ Qualifier questionnaire is an informal process without looking at any of the Borrower’s financial records, including credit report, to determine if the Borrower will be qualified for a home mortgage. If Borrower fits the minimum criteria to be qualified for a home mortgage, then Borrower goes into the next step to get Pre-Approved for a home mortgage and fills out the Pre-Approval Application Form and submits the List of Documents. The Pre-Approval process goes into deeper review (ie credit report, income documentation, employment verification) to determine if Borrower can be loan approved with the lender. If needed, this pre-screening process will help the Borrower discuss with a loan officer of what needs to be done to fit the minimum criteria. After you press the Submit button, it will automatically give you an automated decision if you are Pre-Qualified or not based on the information you have entered.
